Fabrizio Cammarata grew artistically opening shows for Ben Harper, Patti Smith, Villagers, The Paper Kites, and he has performed onstage with Damien Rice and Daniel Johnston.

Born in Palermo, Sicily, 6 albums to date, he has toured Europe, Canada, U.S., Mexico and the Middle East with his songs of love, longing, lights and shadows, inspired by the voices of Chavela Vargas and Leonard Cohen, along with Federico García Lorca’s poetry. He shifts through multiple languages, staying true to his Mediterranean descent, evolving with the musical curiosity of a tireless traveller.

He made his debut in 2007 and since 2017 he’s been working with producer Dani Castelar (Paolo Nutini), on “Of Shadows” (2017), “Lights” (2019) and the upcoming album to be released in November 2023. Cammarata’s soulful rendition of the Mexican song „La Llorona“, as well as his 3-million streams single “Long Shadows” have established Fabrizio as one of the most appreciated Italian voices abroad in the alternative music scene.
