Благодарности на всички нашите делегати: Vladimir Vodalov „Vlaisha“ (EXIT Festival Serbia), Tomas Vaitalè (Lithuania), Umong Shaw (Fortitude Music/ UK), Simon Gurney (BBC), Sandy Graham (Cashbox Radio / CA), Robert Singerman (Lyricfind / USA), René Beerens (Momentum Agency / NL), Olaf Furniss (Wide Days Scottland), Merle Doering (Catch 22 Agency, Germany), Mariya Kaperska “The Deal” (Phoenix Music Intl.

Dear Friends of Spike
Every captivating story has its first and last page. Today, we announce that the SPIKE Bulgarian Music Showcase will not take place in Bulgaria from 2026 onwards.
We are filled with overwhelmingly positive feelings as we reflect on the path we have taken and the lasting impact we have made on the professional and personal lives of our performers, delegates, partners, volunteers, and team.
For three consecutive years, we have strived to bring together the right music professionals with the right music artists in the right place and at the right time. In the SPIKE sphere, we have initiated many acquaintances that have to this day led to new opportunities realized by our guests (both delegates and artists alike).
Our program was the result of many years of research and work on the ideal formula of human resources – knowledge and creativity – that would lead to key moments in the development of local and international artists who have the ambition to make their mark on the global music business.
We thank everyone who has supported SPIKE over the past three years. Our partners from the Municipality of Plovdiv, the House of Culture Boris Hristov, as well as the clubs Download, Temple Bar, Bezisten, and Bar Fabric. Without their support, we would not have been able to realize our ambitions, and we are grateful that they were with us from day one.
We would like to express our immense gratitude to our delegates who selflessly gave of their valuable time and experience, which made the content of SPIKE unique not only for Bulgaria, but also for the showcase format in a European context.
First of all, I would like to thank Ria Naydenova and Yavor Nedev, who were the founders of our proto-SPIKE idea–SIMC– which started it all.
We thank all our delegates: Vladimir Vodalov „Vlaisha“ (EXIT Festival Serbia), Tomas Vaitalè (Lithuania), Umong Shaw (Fortitude Music/ UK), Simon Gurney (BBC), Sandy Graham (Cashbox Radio / CA), Robert Singerman (Lyricfind / USA), René Beerens (Momentum Agency / NL), Olaf Furniss (Wide Days Scottland), Merle Doering (Catch 22 Agency, Germany), Mariya Kaperska “The Deal” (Phoenix Music Intl.
