Nina Condron

Nina Condron is a director at Horus Music Limited, an award-winning global, independent, music distribution and label services company. Horus Music started in 2006 after previously operating as a label and management company. Nina has been with the company since 2013 starting out as a client manager processing releases and being promoted to business development manager until she ultimately became a director of the company aged 25. As a director of Horus Music, she manages the heads of the distribution and business development teams in the UK, India, Poland, Brazil, Nigeria and Asia Pacific and is heavily involved in the international expansion of the company. She also takes a lead role in A&R by making key signings to the company’s artist and label services roster, ensuring that clients are given the best level of service from royalty rates to playlisting and marketing services. Another key element of her job role is working with distributors to level up their technology through the company’s white label services.

Her previous experience includes running her own independent label, working at a booking agency, performing at festivals & gigs as a solo artist. Plus, she has a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Popular Music from the University of Gloucestershire. Horus Music is focused on working with local digital platforms in all territories around the world, they provide, video distribution, physical distribution in the UK, numerous marketing services, and provide publishing through their sister company Anara Publishing.
