Henriette Heimdal runs her own consultancy, focusing on the intersection between music and technology.
Prior to this she was the Head of Growth for Family in Music, a career accelerator to empower creators and professionals with the knowledge, people and tools to take control of their own career. She was a part of the team that established the first European office for CD Baby, the largest distributor of independent music in the world, where she worked across business development and managing relations with the priority acts across the region.
Henriette also has experience from WIN, the global independent trade organisation representing independent record labels, with members across all continents. There she was responsible for delivering economic analysis reports on the state of the sector, as well as managing its membership and helping build organisations in markets where the sector had no representation.
